Booking Policies

PAYMENT

A deposit is required upon booking to secure your appointment.

Only cash and card are accepted for the remainder of your appointment - cash is preferred and highly appreciated.

All payments are final and non-refundable.

LATE ARRIVALS

A 10-minute grace period is granted for late arrivals. At 15 minutes, your card will be charged 50% of the remainder of your service. Your appointment will also be canceled. 

SCHEDULING, RESCHEDULING, & SQUEEZE-INS

All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, no available booking times will appear for you on the scheduling site.

If needed, appointments can be rescheduled no less than 24 hours before the appointment date/time. 

Squeeze-in appointments are an additional $20/hour.
